  1. nice you will be stocked for awhile!! By the way I did try using the 2.00 mq for gillete deoderant with the ecoupon for 2.00 and it worked great. The safeway at Shadle had plenty just in case you haven't used coupon yet!

  5. Hi,
I just start couponing this weekend!!! I got 6 Right Guard deodorants for free from Safeway thanks to you!! I am hooked and just bought my first Sunday paper in over 7 years! I want to take advantage of this Johnsons deal but I worry that Rite Aid won't accept 12 Video coupons in one transaction. The video coupon says one per customer. Is it hit or miss with Rite Aid? Or will they actually let me use so many coupons altogether. I just don't want to be embarrassed if I try to buy this many Johnson products with so many coupons. Thanks for any advice before I try this!

  6. It worked at the indian trail rite aid. Don't be embarrassed, the worst they can say is no. Then you have to ask yourself if it is still worth it. If not walk away. It is fine to just tell them that you are not interested unless this deal works. No need to feel bad.

  7. I live in Utah and tried it and I guess my Rite Aid coupons printed too light and wouldn't scan so they wouldn't accept them. Also, the Smartsource coupons for $1 off beeped and they wouldn't take those either. I just walked away with nothing. It was my first couponing experience at Rite Aid and now also my last. That was a really good deal too, dang it!

  8. Lizette,
I am so glad that you got an awesome deal on the deodorant and that you have started couponing. It really is so fun and so thrilling! I have used multiple Rite Aid Video Coupons numerous times and have never had a problem with it. With couponing you will find that not every scenario works for everyone but if you are willing to try, many times you will have success. I have definitely become more comfortable the longer I coupon to walk away from a sale if it isn't working out like I had planned. A couple years ago I would never have imagined putting my stuff back if I wasn't getting the deal I had wanted but you really do gain confidence after getting a good deal! Good luck, let me know how it goes for you.

  9. Anon,
I have had Coupons that did not scan when the ink was light. I think many times they believe that the Coupon is photocopied even though it isn't. So sorry you didn't have any luck!

  10. So...do the video copouns work even with the manufactoring coupons because they are from rite aid? Because they say rite aid and manufactoring coupon?!?

  11. Anon,
The video coupons work with the manufacturer coupons because the video coupons are actually Rite Aid store coupons.

  12. They would not let me do this at the shadle rite aid, because the second item is only $.01, they said their policy states that the coupon value can not exceed the item value even when it is on sale?!?

  13. I rished down to my local Rite Aid (30 minutes before they closed) and tired this tonight and sadly they were almost out of it all. I was able to get 8 of the shampoo at the deal price. and i also grabbed a detangler spray for my daughters hair. I ended up paying a little over $9.00 for it and saved $12, I am hoping they get more soon so i can take the whole deal.
*The smartsource coupons didnt work for me either.

  14. The smartsource coupons did not work for me as well. I also could not use more than one of the rite aid video ones. But it still was a really good deal. I got ten different products for 6 dollars!!! Not as good as free, but really, it is an incredible deal. Bummer that my store did not have any free trial size coupons! Oh and I got a $3 off my next purchase for completing a survey. So I guess I really paid three dollars!

  15. I did this exact deal at my rite aid in rock hill sc...it worked fine for me! got 10 bottles of variouis things (lotion, shampoo, head to toe wash, etc) and 2 tubes of desitin. my subtotal was 50 cents and after tax i paid 2.22...i dont have kids but my friend just had her first child so i know this will really help her out! thanks a bunch!

  16. YES WE CAN!!!! We can get this awesome deal!!! Thank you to those who encouraged me to give it a try. I walked out with 10 items and paid $0.68. My Rite Aid acknowledges the fact that this 1 cent deal is really a 50% off sale so they said they would take a Rite Aid coupon and manufacturer coupon for each bottle as long as there was no overage. I am so looking forward to getting in on the next big freebie!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
