  1. I'm a little new at this. Are you emailing these complimentary notes, or USMail? My mom had a friend in the 70's who made letter writing her hobby. Whenever she ate out she would get the waitresses name and write a letter complimenting her/him, and she did the same at stores also.

    I submit a form online for these companies. Most companies have a standard comment form to fill out which includes your name, address, contact information, and a place to leave a comment. Most companies after getting a compliment send Coupons via snail mail. You can see the Coupons I have received in the incoming portion of my "Couponaholic's Daily".
